From our beginnings as a training company in 1996, we’ve tried to be one of the best train the trainer providers and to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

We have compiled over 20 years of research and experience to identify major variables that influence the learning effectiveness and optimize teaching interventions linked to gains in student achievements. Models, strategies and methods were tested and validated in our Train the Trainer Program over the past 12 years. The idea of Smart Teaching System® started in 2013 when we participated in an international educational conference in Dubai where we presented a paper describing a framework for concept of smart teaching.

This framework is based on the results and indicators reported by substantial researches and studies conducted by various organization and international agencies including UNESCO, World Bank, OECD, International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA) and others.

The paper proposed a model of smart teaching consisting of two components: the quality of teachers, including their evaluation, selection, training and compensations; and the awareness, knowledge and skills of teachers to focus on those teaching strategies that make the most difference, and not to bother too much about some factors that were found not effective or had no significant impact on students’ achievements.

Some of our customers in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) asked us to extend our research to cover the educational systems in these countries.

Educationalists know that there are benchmarks to measure the quality of educational system worldwide. These are. TIMSS, PISA and PIRLS.
